I just purchased the laptop on November 30, 2017 and the battery is not charging to 100% it only charge to 96% and stated "Not charging". Why does this new laptop not reach 100% charge?

Would the warranty still be valid if I buy it in the US and use it in India?

No, this a North American model. The warranty is only valid in North America.

I bought this computer two days ago. Online it says it’s a 14 inch laptop and that it is 4K. The box on mine says 13.9 inches and I don’t see the 4K anywhere. How can I be sure that what I paid for is indeed the same laptop I asked for?

13.9 inches equals 14 inches rounded off. Model number 80VF00FRUS does have 4K screen resolution (3840 x 2160 UHD). You can check the screen resolution on your model by right clicking on the Windows 10 desktop screen, selecting "Graphics Properties" from the window that opens. Click on "Display" on the window that opens. Within the General Settings windows that opens, screen resolution will be shown.

Also, I Notices the pics online have jbl speakers on the left side of the computer. Mine doesn’t have them at all? Please advise. Thanks.

Yes, model number 80VF00FRUS has stereo JBL speakers with Dolby Sound Enhancement.

How does the processor handle games? I'm not looking to play the special edition of skyrim with all the top of the line mods, but maybe like dark souls 2 with on low settings? Not sure how these amd processors stack up with intel.

It really will depend on the requirement of the games. We recommend you check with the game's software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed - Intel or AMD - and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Where is located the battery, since I don´t see it on the back, as the other laps?

The battery is internal on this model.
