How would the Computer perform for gaming? and would you recommend this for a student (College)?

It would depend on the game. We would recommend you check with the game software publisher for their compatibility with Windows 10 64-bit version. Also check for minimum/recommended hardware requirements, then compare those requirements/compatibility to this system's configuration. As for its usefulness for a student at the college level, this again would depend on the work the student is going to do. Are they in an engineering program? Will there be specialized programs that the student will be running? If both those questions are answered "no", then this is a great system for a student doing mainly Microsoft Office projects, online research et cetera.

This port is used for serial peripheral devices like keyboards, mice, joysticks, etc. It will still work for those type of devices that are Windows 10 compatible and where the drivers for those devices have been installed.

Lenovo T430 screen resolution is either HD (1366x768) or HD+ (1600x900), but in specifications screen resolution is 1200 x 800? is this correct?

What graphic card does this laptop have? NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M or Intel HD Graphics 530 4GB dedicated graphics? or both?

The GPU within this model configuration is the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950. The GPU over rides the integrated graphics processing on the CPU.
