Is it easy to upgrade this pc? For instance is it possible to install a new GPU and another stick of ram? Most pre-built have metal cages to prevent easy access does this pc have those?

There is no open slot for a GPU within this system. The maximum RAM for this system is 8GB.

What kind of speakers could I get for this laptop?

Of course this laptop has built in speakers you can use, but if you want to add external speakers, you have several choices. You can connect external speakers via the 3.5mm headphone jack. You can connect speakers via Bluetooth wireless connection or you can use a universal port replicator and connect speakers through the headphone jack on the port replicator. The speaker will need to be compatible with the Windows 10 operating system.

The dimensions of the case are: Height: 1.06 inches X Width: 12.09 inches X Depth: 8.39 inches
The Yoga 710-11 dimensions are: Height: 0.6 inches X Width: 11.1 inches X Depth: 7.7 inches
So the case is bigger than the device. So the device will fit, it won't be a custom fit though.
