Hi .. I just graduated architecture and I need laptop for 2D and 3D drawing. I use programs as Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3Dmax, Vray and other render tools. I can't decide between macbook pro i7, hp spectre x360 i7 or lenovo yoga 720 i7. Can someone advise me?

We recommend you shop first for the processor and system configuration the most demanding software you will be using will require. Also be sure the software is compatible with the operating system the device uses. Once you know what the maximum system configuration requirements are, then you can shop for the device that meets those requirements.

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. There is one memory slot on this device. The maximum RAM this system can support is 16GB, so your certified technician can replace the existing memory with more.

Beyond the silicon molded keyboard covers, are there covers for the keyboard to protect it when folded in tablet mode? A hard or semi soft cover that will stay on the keyboard protecting it while it lays flat on a table for instance?

We are not aware of any keyboard covers, similar to what you describe. There are some elastic sleeves that can hold both the entire device and then cover just the keyboard, as you describe.
