Lenovo 15.6 intel celeron have an built in cd and video player

Yes, there is a CD/DVD reader-writer built in to this system. In order to play commercial DVD movies though, you will need Media Player software that is not included with the Windows 10 Home operating system.

Can I put games in the cd drive?

Yes, as long as the game is compatible with Windows 10 and the game requirements meet the system configuration.
