Hi there,
It would depend on the wireless mouse itself, if it relies on Bluetooth to connect directly to the laptop or uses a USB receiver that plugs into the laptop's USB port. If the latter option, you should be able to simply plug the receiver into the Chromebook and have it work for the system (if compatible with ChromeOS). If Bluetooth directly is preferred, you can use this Google Support guide to learn more about connecting Bluetooth devices to Chromebooks: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/2587653?hl=en
To help ensure that accessories are compatible with Chromebooks, products ranging from docking stations to keyboards now can be indicated with a "Works with Chromebook" certification. Here's a link to a Google webpage with more details on this: https://www.google.com/chromebook/workswithchromebook/
