If this does not correct the issue, we advise using the Ethernet (RJ45) port, which will allow a wired internet connection while you run updates through Lenovo Vantage, as these updates may address driver issues that could cause this problem. The "tab" on the top of the device when in the laptop mode causes the device to be unstable when in the tent mode. Is there a plastic adapter that can be used to stabilize the device when in the tent mode?
