Can this accommodate a Seagate BarraCuda Pro 12TB Internal Hard Drive Performance HDD – 3.5 Inch SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 256MB Cache? I'm looking to buy one of these when I get the pc but I want to make sure it fits.

Would I be able to put an Intel Core Ultra 9 285 chip in this machine to access the chips igpu quick sync ability in order to transcode video?
