You can download the apps you mentioned onto the laptop via the Google Play Store and stream the content you'd like to over Wi-Fi. Many of the streaming apps have yet to bring offline viewing to their Chromebook app versions. Also, you can use Facebook Marketplace over Wi-Fi as well.
