There is an external CD/DVD drive included in the box. The connections are on the back. There are two additional USB ports on the dropdown web cam at the bottom of the screen.

Yes, the Geek Squad technicians are certified. Just keep your receipt to prove that they performed the work/opened the computer case.

The only information I have on this new product is that the motherboard chip is the AMD Socket AM4 architecture. The power supply on this model is 250W.
