My questions deal with the Lenovo 300-20ish desktop computer. Is the 16gb RAM and 1TB hard drive expandable? Also what watt Power supply comes with the desktop and can that also be upgraded? And lastly GeForce video card be upgraded?

The maximum RAM is 16GB. You could replace the existing HDD with a compatible drive. The power supply is 250w. You could replace the GPU with a compatible GPU.

I can play my old time favorite game "Age of Empire-2" on this laptop. My question is as this laptop doesn't have dedicated graphics card, does playing games can damage the integrated intel graphics card (Intel® HD Graphics 620) on a longer/shorter term?

It won't damage the integrated graphics capabilities. But we recommend you check with the game software publisher for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements to run their software, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
