This sticker is required in California. No other State in the USA requires such labelling. The solder used within this system has chemicals that can be carcinogenic if ingested.

I was told by my local BestBuy this out of the box system would sufficiently run GoPro editing software. Is this in fact true? I am concerned the FX 870k and Radeon r7 350 won't be able to do it. Please advise, this thing is already in the mail.
