Trying to set this up now. It’s asking if I should allow the game to access the USB device. But to answer, I’m required to tap yes, but my phone is inserted into the headset. When i remove the phone, the screen goes back to the previous set up page.

Please make sure that the compatible phone is out of the headset when setting the system up for the first time. Then, when prompted insert the phone into the tray and then into the headset. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. Does anyone else's phone get hot while playing? After I got done after only about 20 minutes, my phone was super hot!! Could barely touch it. Is this normal????

Has anyone had success using this with a Moto Z Play Droid? I received for XMas and isn't going all the way through the setup process. Yes, I understand my particular make/model phone is not on the list but really don't want to return it. Looks cool.

My daughter inserted the phone (iPhone 8 Plus) the wrong way and now it is stuck in the cartridge. Has anyone else had a phone stuck in the device? Any advice??

We would recommend making sure that the adjusting "tabs" on the tray are pushed all the way out. ( away from the phone) This may give you a little more room in the tray to remove the phone.

Will this work with the Iphone SE since it is the same as Iphone 6? It says 6 is compatible, but doesn't have SE listed.

At this time the iPhone SE is not on the current list of compatible phones. Only certain phones have been tested and are compatible with the device. We are in the process of testing and approving other phones. Please keep checking @ jedichallenges.com/compatibility for updates.

I have a iPhone 6S and it’s slightly bent will my phone still fit in the phone holder part

We do not recommend using a damaged phone to play Star Wars: Jedi Challenges.

Do you need additional lightsaber or any other items required to play?

A compatible smart phone is required.Please find the updated list of phones at jedichallenges.com/compatibility.Everything else you will need comes with the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges. Star Wars: Jedi Challenges headset, Lightsaber controller, tracking beacon, batteries and the "app" that guides you through the entire set up process. This insures that the system will be synced correctly.

I use Remote Desktop to connect to my work through VPN. Does it work well/ I tried a Lenovo a few years ago and the screen became so smaal that you could not see anything. Thanks, Huambo

It will depend on the requirements of the VPN software you will be using. The issue with small content on the screen is an issue with the VPN software or the program you are using being incompatible with 4K resolution. You can fix this by adjusting down the screen resolution. We recommend you check with the VPN software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system, 4K resolution and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
