In order to keep the software active after the trial period of 30-days, you will need to purchase a product key. You don't need to download any software just activate the software that is already loaded as part of the operating system.

You can follow the link below to a photo of the proper replacement AC adapter for this device. The converter on this power supply will not work in Asia, you will another step down adapter to plug in to the wall then plug this in to that wall adapter.

question was asked on measurements height One says 15.6 in, another says 17in, another says 20.6in, which is it. Say 22.8 wide, ad says 23 wide. Is this corner to corner or actual width?

The diagonal viewing width of the screen is 23".
The actual product dimensions are: Height, 12.80" X Width, 20.58" X Depth, 1.64"
