Can i add an ssd to replace the hdd and/or upgrade the ram?

All work on this device must be performed by a certified technician, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this system can support is 12GB, so a certified technician can increase the RAM on this system. The hard drive could be replaced by a certified technician with a compatible replacement.
