As I understand it, this is a limited run product. If I preorder am I guaranteed to receive one?

This is not a limited run. Check to be sure your phone is on the "compatible" list before you order the device. I don't see an age restriction, I don't want to see my child or anyone else's having seizures....

The Star Wars Jedi Challenge is intended for people 13 and older.
