This Flex 3-11 is an entry level system. It is meant for light use. There is only 64GB of total storage space on this device so there is not room to load many programs. Your mother should have enough room to load her PDF editing software on this device. Microsoft Office software is already loaded on this system as part of the operating system. There is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365. Once the trial period is over a product key is necessary to activate the software. An existing 2010 or newer version of Microsoft Office may work, if it is transferable to a new computer. You will need to check this with Microsoft.

Can't find that information saying it has jbl speakers anywhere. I know it says it about the other models but I don't see it about the special edition model. Where is it?
