Is anyone having resolution/monitor problems producing tiny text in some programs? No amount of adjusting graphics or resolution changes corrects it. Been to 3 different geek squad stores and unable to correct. Even replaced the laptop once already.

Some software programs have difficulty with UHD compatibility. It is a function of the software program not the settings on your computer. This would happen with any UHD computer/monitor.

Are you able to use this laptop in south america voltage 220, the power adapter states 110-240?

You will need a step down power adapter to connect this system to a 220 volt outlet.
