The hinge design of this Lenovo Yoga laptop lets you find a comfortable position for work or browsing.

The CPU seems to run high frequently (even with low demand- a few tabs open in Edge) causing the fan to run noisily. Primary draw seems to be "Host process for Windows tasks" or "COM Surrogate". Anybody have similar experience and know how to reduce?

This sounds like a driver update issue. There may be BIOS and power management driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. windows is not loading and I don't see a recovery stick so how to I get to reinstall windows again

If you created a recovery file on a flash drive, there will be a boot from disk feature within the recovery files that will boot your system from the recovery files. You can restore to factory default from your recovery files. If you did not create a recovery file, turn on the system, as it tries to load Windows, repeatedly it F2 until the recovery window opens. You can select restore to factory default hear as well. This will restore the system back to original factory install of the Windows 10 operating system. You will need to reinstall your programs once the system is restored. Once the system is recovered, create a recovery flash drive immediately.

will this computer be good for doing pictures like post edits with Light Room or Photo shop?

Is this has pop up blocking system

That is part of the Anti-Virus software and your internet options settings within your browser. So yes, once you install a virus protection software and adjust your internet settings within the browser you use to block popups, they will be blocked.
