All work on this system must be performed by a certified technician, otherwise the warranty may become void. The RAM in this system is in 2 slots of 4GB each.

Hard drive ativity light doesnt light up, leaving everything connected via usb and/or hdmi unresponsive too it.

If the system is working and you can use it normally, there is no problem with the LED no lighting up. Does you system work? If it does, you're good and so id the system.

There is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office. You will need to purchase a product key to activate the software after the trial. WordPad and NotePad are on the Windows 10 operating system.

My battery LED doesnt light up.

There is no battery in this system. The light to the left of the power button is a hard drive activity light. If the device is working properly, if you are able to use the system normally, everything is fine.
