Where can I get the memory upgraded?? I purchased this laptop from bestbuy and was told they would do the upgrade for me. However, after purchasing they are now saying that they can't do the upgrade due to some security thing on the inside.

The maximum RAM for this system is 16GB. A certified technician must do the work so as to not void the warranty. Geek Squad technicians at Best Buy should be able to do this work.
