I bought this computer recently. I was so exited about it but it is not working at all. It is not even turning on. It could be the power cable because it's not lighting . I'm helpless .

The fact that this is a refurbished system, you need to contact your nearest Best Buy store. Check with them to see if your system is still under warranty, then have them take a look at your system.
