I bought the open box version of this 4 or 5 days ago and now it will not find the wireless card. Help!

If the WiFi was working when you bought it and has since stopped working, be sure the WiFi function has not been mistakenly turned off. Since this system is running Windows 10, look in the bottom right corner for the WiFi icon, be sure it's on. Second, check your WiFi settings in Control Panel. If it looks as though WiFi is turned on try connecting your system with Ethernet cabling. You then can follow the link below to Lenovo.com drivers and look for driver updates for your specific system:

Does the wifi adapter support 5ghz?

This system WiFi card is AC compatible. It is dual channel, 2.4GHz & 5.0GHz. Your router must be sending an AC signal for this system to operate on the AC Channel.

Specifications says it doesn't have Bluetooth, Features says it has Bluetooth. What's up with that?

The specifications for this system on the Best Buy web site are incorrect, this system does have Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. This is in addition to WiFi. You can check the specifications of this system by following the link below to Lenovo.com products:

Is it easy, to chanche the Hdd for an Ssd?

We do not recommend upgrading this system. If any work is done on this system for repairs or replacement, all work must be done by a certified technician. If the work is done by a noncertified technician, you could void your warranty.
