In tablet mode and with the included pen, does this utilize palm rejection? I want to sketch and take written notes in tablet mode. I am on the fence with this model and the Surface Pro 4 that has WACOM digitizer, active pen, and palm rejection.

Palm rejection on this device is dependent on the APP you use. There is no built in palm rejection with this system, it is dependent on the APP you use to supply palm rejection.

Experiencing warm/hot temp from bottom. Using it on presentation mode. mostly. This is my first 2 in 1 with a solid state drive, Thought that would make it run cooler. Going to take it to the Greek squad soon!

The processor will generate heat when the system is turned on. The device should not be too hot to touch but getting warm is normal. Be sure the cooling vents are always clear. If you are concerned about the amount of heat being generated during your normal use, let the Geek Squad check your system out.

There is a charger. The laptop has a touchpad that functions as the mouse on this system (you can use a mouse if you want one). There is no case with this system.
