Not, currently. It is something we can look in to for future improvements. Of course, a certified technician could probably add water cooling. A certified technician would have to do the work so as to not void the warranty.

Yes, you just need to delete any other virus protection software before you install the Norton product.

There is no way to know at this point. It has been restored to working order with the operating system restored to factory default and all user files and information deleted.

No, the version of Microsoft Office 365 on this device does not have Publisher, only Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.

I need to have 3 monitors simultaneously operational on this machine. The answers to other questions seem to indicate that I can't do that without putting in a graphics card. What are my options?

This system, as currently configured, will only support 2 monitors. You would need to change to a graphics card that would allow three monitors. Work should be done by a certified technician, so as to not void the warranty.
