As long as the brother printer connection is USB, you can connect it to this system. You will need to install the latest Brother Drivers compatible with Windows 10 on to this system as well.

is Lenovo a good brand? Is it fast on the internet?

Lenovo is a very good Brand. It is the #1 computer manufacturer in the World. How fast this system is on the internet depends on your internet provider's speed, your router if you have WiFi and of course, the processor and RAM within the system. The Celeron processor and 4GB of RAM on this system are entry-level components and you can expect basic capability with regard to handling internet signal speeds. This is not a gaming system and streaming movies would create minor buffering.

Can it downgrade to Windows 7 or 8

We recommend you check with Microsoft to see if the version of Windows 10 on this system can be down graded and what version of Windows 7 or 8 you will need to be compatible with the Windows 10 version on this system.

is the btoom front SD slot open ? ususaly it comes with snap in tab to close sd slot

There is no cover on this system's SD-Card slot. There may be a plastic filler piece in the slot that was factory installed for protection, just push on it as if it were a SD-card and it should pop right our.
