I have just bought this devices and it's making wired sounds, like the sound of the fan is pretty high and as if the fan run in full speed? also I can here the hard desk? is this normal ? is this normal ? or something wrong with device?

It is normal to hear the fan when it is running. This system has a standard mechanical hard drive and you will be able to hear the hard drive working. What you describe sounds normal. If you have any doubts about your device working properly, we recommend you stop by your local Best Buy location and have the Geek Squad look over your system.
