this model and Lenovo - Desktop AMD A10-Series - 12GB Memory - 2TB Hard Drive - Black Model: LENOVO H50 - 90BG003JUS which model it newer and what cpu is faster between this two model

AMD A10 model has a discrete graphics card, the ATI Radeon R7 card. It only has 12GB of RAM. The 300s model has an Intel Core I-5 processor and 16GB of RAM. There is no discrete graphics card on the 300s system. The graphics are integrated on the processor. The A10 processor is slightly faster than the Core I-5 processor. The 300s has more RAM. Both are great deals. Both are December 2015 models. If you are playing games, the AMD A10 might be the better choice. Otherwise the two are very closely matched.

is this amd 8 series comparable to i3 or i5? not interested in gaming- just streaming off you tube videos, but would like pages to come on rather quickly. Do you think this would be ok?
