can you connect a printer

Does this unit have a fan? Is it noisy, this configuration is using intel i5, so I am assuming it now use a fan?

Yes, this system has a fan. It will only run when the system is working hard. When it runs it is not very loud. It is noticeable but it is not loud enough to disturb a meeting.

I have a Lenovo laptop that has a tiny hdmi port, does the hdmi cord that comes with this monitor acomadate this little size? It's the smallest hdmi port I have ever seen.

You will need an adapter for the laptop. It has either a Micro or Mini HDMI port, you will need an adapter to convert the smaller laptop port to a full size HDMI port.
