Lenovo T430 screen resolution is either HD (1366x768) or HD+ (1600x900), but in specifications screen resolution is 1200 x 800? is this correct?

The GPU is the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950. The dedicated RAM on the GPU is GDDR3.
