unit has internal sound, right? to add external sound what will it take. anything extra for a wireless mouse will support external cd/dvd player? how can you tell if a printer is compatable? thank you

You can plug external speakers on to this system by using the 3.5mm headphone port. You will need the USB receiver that comes with the wireless mouse to use it with this system. Yes, you can use an external CD/DVD drive by plugging it in to a USB port on the device. You may need to install Windows 10 drivers to the device. Check the specifications with the external drive. The printer should say on the box or the manufacturer's web site if that model printer is compatible with Windows 10 operating system.

This is a new model. It has the Microsoft Signature Edition version of Windows 10 Home 64-bit installed as its operating system. All file included within the operating system are original.

does this laptop have Wi-Fi to communicate with a wireless printer ?

Does this have flash player on it because I need something that will let my son do his school work on a homework app?

This system does not have Flash Player preinstalled. It is a free program though and can be added to the system via an internet download at adobe.com.
