There's a lot I like about this machine, except it has Windows 10. I have my own (licensed) copy of Windows 7 Pro. Since I need a program that actually works, how successfully can I wipe Windows 10 and replace it with 7?

We recommend you contact Microsoft about the compatibility of the Windows 7 Pro version you have and the process required to down grade Windows 10 Home to Windows 7 Pro.

Can you add a 2nd viewing monitor to extend the screen, it notes an HDMI out, is that to connect it? Can touch screen be extended to additional display as well or do you need a special display screen?

Yes, you can use a second external monitor with this system. In order to get touch screen on the external monitor to work, the external screen would have to be a touch screen monitor.

Will this drive a second display well?

This system has a Mini-HDMI-out port. You can use an external monitor with it. Check with the monitor manufacturer for the specific minimum/recommended requirements for the monitor, then compare those requirements with this system's configuration.

We bought the Edge 2 but cannot get any stylus to work with it, including capacitive ones. We want to be able to draw directly on the screen with paint tool sai. I see mixed reviews regarding stylus usage. Has anyone been able to successfully draw on it?

Be sure the touch function for the screen is turned on. Test it with your finger, if you can interact with the screen by touching it with your finger, a non-active capacitive touch stylus will take the place of your finger and work. This system will not work with an active capacitive touch pen. A simple, rubber tipped non-active capacitive touch stylus is what you can use.
