I bought this and have issues with updating the graphics driver. AMD website says Crimson 16.7.3 but it caused blue screen crashes. Anyone else update or know the latest available AMD driver version for this?

The picture did not come through with your question. The sticker can probably come off, but it is important information to have with your system to properly identify it. We would recommend leaving on the device.

No, do not install the software. Microsoft Office (including Word) is already installed on this device as part of the Windows 10 operating system. Use the product key to activate Word in the program that is already installed. It must be Word 2010 or later to be compatible with Windows 10. According to Microsoft, Word 7.0 is part of the Microsoft Office Suite 2007. This is not compatible with Windows 10. The product key will not work on this device.

Follow the link below to the Microsoft help page concerning a fix for the problem you describe. Since you can't get on line with your IdeaCentre 700-22 AIO, you may need to get the information through your Mac system, then make the fix on the IdeaCentre 700-22.

This is an entry level system. Storage space should not be an issue. You have 500GB on board storage and you can always add an external hard drive for more space. The Pentium processor is not meant to handle many tabs open at one time. This will slow the system down considerably, but all the other tasks you mention, including the programs can be done with this system. So if you close tabs if the system starts to slow down, you will be fine.

Is this laptop compatible with usb connected wacom tablets and pens? Could I draw digitally on here?
We recommend you check with the digital tablet for its compatibility with the Chrome operating system. Most digital tablets are not compatible with the Chrome operating system.
