Would it be possible to upload the processor to the I7-6600U? In addition to this would it be possible to upgrade the hard drive to a SSD?

The processor is not upgradable. A certified technician can upgrade the hard drive to an SSD. Work must be performed by a certified technician so as to not void the warranty.

All i need is a laptop to use as a photo album. Will this work for just that and if so how many pictures will it hold? I would be transferring them from my IPhone. Thanks

Yes, you can store photos on this system. Keep in mind, there is a Micro-SD card slot on this system to add more solid state storage to this system. Of the 32GB of storage on this device, approximately 20GB is usable. With 20GB of storage you can store approximately 3,000 photos.

That is the correct button. Be sure the system is turned on, the door won't open if the system is not powered up. If the system is powered on and the door still doesn't open when you push the open button, there is a small pin hole above the open button. With a pin, push this unlock button to manually open the door. Again, the system must be powered up.

I'm planning on using this laptop to complete online hm work & use Microsoft Word/ listen to pandora. The associate at Best Buy said i shouldn't download my Norton antivirus on this laptop because it will take up too much space and cause it to run slow .
