can it support two additional monitors
Hi, GSV. Yes, the Yoga Slim 7x can. To note, the USB bandwidth will support 2 external displays per USB port. For situational context, as an example, if you use a USB-C docking station to attempt to power 3 monitors, the system will only recognize 2 of the 3 displays. The third monitor would need to be plugged into a separate USB-C port. Hope this helps!

Why doesn't the camera turn on? It only turns on in facial recognition. I've tried the camera privacy settings, uninstalling driver in device manager, lenovo vantage updates, and restarting. Nothing works

Given the troubleshooting you've already done, the next two steps you could take are to backup and factory reset the system via DDRS (https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103653-lenovo-digital-download-recovery-service-ddrs-download-the-files-needed-to-create-a-lenovo-usb-recovery-key), and/or reach out to Lenovo Support for more in-depth troubleshooting.

I want to get a new laptop to do the following: play rollercoaster tycoon through openrtc2, edit videos that i've taken on my iphone and or other camera, browse internet, would this be a good option? i'm overwhelemd
