Is the cameras e-shutter switch supposed to be loose and sound loose or do I just have a defective model and need to process an exchange ?

Hey, Djm7. The switch is supposed to allow easy toggle between off and on, but "loose" does not seem to align with that. We recommend sharing these details and working with a Lenovo certified technician or speak with Best Buy to discuss your options.

I am buying a tablet for my older sister and she just wants one to do facebook and play games on. Would this device support facebook and games?. She has a fire and gets very frustrated with it.

First, depending on the games your sister wishes to play, they may not be available in the app store that this Tab uses. The M9 uses Android as its operating system which consequently it uses the Google Play Store as the default app store while Amazon Fire tablets have a proprietary app store.
