19 days after I bought this, the Elan trackpad/mouse disappear while I'm surfing. The bluetooth mouse still works, does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Try turning off Bluetooth and disconnecting your mouse then try the touchpad. Sometimes an external mouse will interfere with the operation of the touchpad when the external mouse is connected. Also you may want to use the following link to look for driver updates for your touchpad:

How do i get the keyboard to work on my lenovo ideapad 100s ?

This system does have a built in web cam. There is no internal CD/DVD drive. You could use an external CD/DVD player with this system.

What wattage is the power supply rated for and does it have any additional HDD bays? I need at least a 300W, 12V @ 20A power supply and the necessary bay and connections to add one HDD.

The power supply on this system is 280 watts. There is only one internal HDD bay in this system.

The model number shown at the Best Buy web site is correct for this model. This model in the configuration available at Best Buy, is currently not available for sale on the Lenovo.com web site.
