Does this come with Microsoft and Windows or do you have to purchase it?

Hi, Peaches. The Tab M11 does not come with Microsoft Word, or any Microsoft 365 software preinstalled, but the (365) app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Also, Windows is not installed on the M11, as it uses Android OS as its operating system.
