Hi there, thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear that you're frustrated with trying to find the right solution. We are happy to help and would like to work with you to provide guidance. To start, since this IdeaPad 1 natively only features one port that supports video output, you will need an adapter or hub to connect the second monitor. As an example and for added context, if you want to connect Monitor A, you can do so via the laptop's HDMI port, using an HDMI cable. To connect Monitor B, you will need a unique adapter/hub to connect to the laptop's USB-C port, but the adapter must not rely on DisplayPort Alt Mode for video output, as the USB-C port on the laptop does not support this function. We hope that this helps, and please share any other questions that you may have.
