Is this the standard 6 core ryzen 5 chip? The listing states that this is only 4 cores. This seems really overpriced even at the sale price for a chip from a few years ago. And it its a 4 core chip this would be something similar to an intel i3?

To answer the latter, it depends on the model processor in question, as there are many configurations with different core counts, clock speeds, and wattage output.
