I just bought this and cant get the end and home keys to work that ate above the num pad. Can anyone help?

We're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with this aspect of your Yoga. This is likely due to the Num Lock being enabled on the number pad. Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down will not function with Num Lock on, as numerical entry will override alternate key commands.

What is the manufacturer suggested method of charging this tablet. Can this connect to any Typce C wall outlet? It comes with a charging cable with 2 USB Type C ends but no wall outlet attachment.

This IdeaCentre 3 does feature Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. If you don't see Wi-Fi as an option, since you're early in the device setup process, we recommend press and holding the power button until the connected display no longer displays an image from the computer, then powering on the desktop again. A Wi-Fi option should now appear.
