If I Only Want Windows 10 Home software can I get that installed. Is it only available W/ Windows 11 + is that pre-installed?

I bought this thinkpad, a usb-c docking station, and have two external monitors connected to the docking station via HDMI cables/ports. In display settings on this chromebook, it does not give the option for Extend displays. Am I missing something?
