Will I be able to use this watch in India, to track the distance? Am asking this because am not sure how far GPS data is available in India. Will it require clear map data of Indian roads?

I recently lost my transmitter that went with my Polar FT4 heart rate monitor. I was looking to replace only the transmitter and band. I don't know if this will go with it or if this is specifically for Nike.

band how do u shorten it ? My wrist is small. Do u cut it or what?
Peggy - There is indeed a cutting process when one purchases the Loop. Included with the Loop upon purchase is a measuring guide along with a tool allowing one to remove the buckle. Measure your wrist, cut the strap accordingly and reinstall the buckle. Does this monitor work for swimming?
I swim during my workouts and would love to have a monitor that gave me my fullworkout results. I see the watch is waterproof. How about the strap? Does it function under water for normal swimming?

Does this watch display your pace while running?
Freida - The FT7 has no speed/distance capability. If you want to track your pace while running, I would recommend Polar's M400 model. It has a integrated GPS sensor within the watch which will provide all your speed/distance readings. Mike @ Polar USA

Can you return this after cutting it if you don't like it?
