If I am out of the house traveling and a call comes into the home number, can I see that call coming in on our cell phone and answer it on the cell phone? Looking for a way around call forwarding. Paul W

Hi - The Bluetooth feature of the VTech IS8151-5 will only enable you to make and receive cellular calls using the telephone system and it does not work the other way around.

Vtech 2-line Accessory Handset for DS6151 (Cordless Telephones) - Can you change each handset name so that it is not labeled as "Handset 1" "Handset 2" etc. We have six phones connected; would be nice to have a name instead of a number assigned.

Hi - The compatible accessory handset for the VTech DS6151 is the model DS6101. The telephone base can register up to 12 handsets. Regretfully, the handset name for the telephone system is not changeable.

The person called by the sn5147 can not hear the caller. Any idea why?

You may need to rest the telephone by disconnecting the AC power on the telephone base and battery on the cordless handset. Wait for 1 minute before re-installing the AC power and the battery, then test the unit again. If this does not work, please contact our Consumer Sales and Service Center between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday at 1-800-595-9511.

How do you mount the camera? What kind of base does it have if we were to buy a universal mount?

Hi - The VTech VM5254 comes with a wall mount bracket for the camera. Instructions on how to mount the camera is indicated in the Quick Start Guide booklet it came with.

We have a two line service. When selecting line 2, to make a call, the speaker automatically turns on without pressing speaker. How can this be fixed?

You can pick up the corded handset after pressing the line button to switch the dial tone on the corded handset.
