How can I keep monitor on without having to press view button each time?

Hi - You can turn off the sound activated screen and audio feature of the VTech VM5254 for the parent unit screen to stay on even if there is no activity from the baby unit.

Where is the "locate handset" button on the base of a 2 line VTech DS 6151?

Nancy - The VTech DS6151 does not have a physical button to locate the misplaced cordless handset. You need to go into the Menu setting and scroll to "Page all HS", then press Select. The handset will then ring provided that it has ample battery life and is within range.

I am thinking of purchasing this phone for our small business. Will the phone work inside two metal buildings that are less than 2300 feet apart? We need to take the phone between the two buildings.

Hi - the actual operating range of the VTech IS8151-4 may vary depending on the environmental conditions and other interferences such as walls, doors and other obstructions. The handsets may not be able to communicate with the base if installed in a separate building.

I want the silver and black, but what in the world is the YELLOW on the tops of each phone? My store told me if I didn’t want ANY yellow I needed go on the Best Buy internet. So . I looked it up……but the picture still show YELLOW. Pleas help.
