How do I make my camera stay on all night? It always turns off I’m the middle of the night and I have to go into the babies room to turn back on.

We recommend that you contact our Customer Support at 1-800-222-3111 for troubleshooting and assistance. Does this phone come with a bracket to mount on the wall??

Hi - Yes, the VTech CS6949 comes with a wall mount bracket. However, you still need a standard wall mount plate for wall mounting. The wall plate is available in most retail stores.

My phone goes to voicemail and doesn't have the caller's message given out loud

Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech CS6949. Make sure that the built in answering machine of the telephone system is set to on. You can press the ANS ON button at the telephone base until the light on the button stays red. Melissa - The camera for the VTech RM7766HD is not sold separately. The baby monitor is not expandable and will only work with the devices it came with.

Does the backlight on display screen go lighter/brighter?

How do I call one handset from another on this model? It does not have an “int” button.

Hi - The VTech IS8151-5 does not have an intercom button. Instead, you need to go into the menu setting to initiate an intercom call.
