Since purchasing a second camera (turned off at night) my display screen flashes green & sometimes red on the side of the screen all night long for the 1 camera that is working. My child isn’t making sound/external sound. How do I get it to stop flashing

Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech RM5764HD. You may need to turn off both the parent and baby units. Wait for 1 minute turning them on, then test the unit again. How to avoid getting the calls on the handset ?

Hi - The VTech CM18045 expansion handset does not have a setting to block incoming calls. Instead, you can set the ring group on the CM18445 to specify which extensions ring and display the caller ID
information when there is incoming call on a certain telephone line. please contact our Consumer Sales and Service Center between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at 1-800-595-9511 for assistance.

IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH PANASONIC CORDLESS PHONE SYSTEMS?

Hi - The VTech IS8151-5 can be installed on the same line where your Panasonic phone system is connected. They will work as extension phones but features are not shared.

I just bought 3 of these phones. I currently have the ATT version and comcast. when I am on line one and someone else picks up line one we can hear each other. This is for all four lines. How do I fix this??

Hi - The VTech CM18445 is the Console and it is compatible with expansion unit models CM18045 and CM18245. The 3 units you installed will not communicate with each other as they are setup as a stand alone phone. Do you have to re-enter the date, time, and your out going message when the power goes out?

Cindy - After power outages, you only need to set the time and date on the VTech IS8151-5. Announcement and other settings will stay the same.

If you are subscribed to a Caller ID service, the time and date along with the Caller's information will automatically update the telephone's time and date. Can you use 2 cameras at once? One in baby room and another in toddlers? If so, how will the screen work and can I buy just a camera (without purchasing another monitor)?

Millie - The camera for the VTech RM5764HD is not sold separately. The split view feature is only available on the VTech RM5764-2HD, which is bundled with 2 cameras.

Does the VTech IS8151-5 answer machine allow you hear the caller's message on ALL the handsets as it is being recorded?

Hi - The VTech IS8151-5 has a call screening feature. The said feature will enable you to hear the incoming messages on the telephone base as they are being recorded. You can also hear it from the cordless handset by pressing Menu/Select button while the message is being recorded.

Hi - When there are up to five handsets registered, the VTech IS8151-5 supports caller ID announce for all handsets. If six or more handsets are registered, the system supports caller ID announce for the first four registered handsets only.
