Can I access my voicemail messages remotely? We are often working from home and need to access the messages. Or does it have the capability to transfer calls to another number?
Lindy - The messages recorded on the built in answering machine of the VTech CS6251-2 can be accessed remotely. As for Voicemail, you need to contact your telephone service provider as it is a subscription from them. You also need to subscribe to a call transfer service from your telephone service provider so you would be able to transfer a call to a different line.

Once the camera is attached to the mount, is there a way to detach the camera from the mount again? If yes, how can this be detached?
Jay - Yes, the camera of the VTech RM5764HD can still be removed from the wall mount. All you need to do it slide it out from the wall mount bracket.

Can Vtech phone cs6229 have new Vtech phone cs6114 added to the system?
Hi - The VTech CS6229 cannot be added to to VTech CS6114. They can be installed on the same line as extension phones but features are not shared. Please note that both telephone bases have to be plugged in to the telephone line to function.

Can this be used without wifi within a certain distance?
Sam - The Wi-Fi feature of the VTech RM7766-2HD is an optional feature. You can still use the parent unit to monitor the baby unit. The actual operating range of the baby monitor may vary depending on the environmental conditions and other interferences such as walls, doors and other obstructions.

Will this allow blocking of OUTGOING international calls?
