How do I get my PC to reinstall iTunes and Google Chrome?
Each time I click on a 'download' link, a box pops up where I can choose 'run' or 'save' - I click 'run' and the files seem to download. then the same screen ('run' or 'save') pops up again.....repeats over and over and never actually downloads programs (iTunes, Google Chrome, etc.)

I have a feeling that these programs are downloading to your downloads folder, instead of running the installation. I would check your downloads folder (if I am right you will have multiple downloads in the folder with the same name). If the downloads are there just open the downloaded folder, and double left click the setup application. I hope this helps!

With this promotion you could "swap" any brand printer, but this promotion did end on 1/30/2010. Thanks for asking!

I want to upgrade my hp netbook from 1gb of memory to 2gb. Which memory is compatible with my hp mini 5101?
This computer takes SODIMM DDR2 PC2-5300, or DDR2 PC2-6400, laptop memory modules up to a maximum of 2GBs. I have made a couple of suggestions below. I hope this helps!

How can you tell if the Sony cameras have the Live View?
The Sony a230 doesn't have live view capability, but the Sony a330 does have live view. Most DSLR cameras have live view capability, but there are some entry level cameras without this feature. I hope this helps!

What to purchase?
I have a HP Pavilion ze4900 (PR297UA#ABA) and I need to increase the memory.
This laptop has two slots for memory, and each slot accepts up to a 1gb memory module. It accepts 200 pin DDR SODIMM PC2700 333 Mhz memory modules. I have made a couple of suggestions below. I hope this helps!

Most monitors have a light on them that indicates that there is power running to them when the monitor is turned on. If this light is not on then you either have a defective power cord, or the monitor itself is defective. The only way you can really determine what is the case is by trying a new power cord for your monitor. If you find the monitor itself is defective it would most likely not be cost effective to repair it unless it is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty or a service plan.
If the light for the power to the monitor is on, you are not seeing anything on the monitor; the problem is likely to be with the monitor cord or the computer's graphics card. I would first try a new VGA cord, and if that doesn't work you could try installing a new graphics card.
If you continue to have this issue, or you don't want to troubleshoot it yourself, you could bring it to the Geek Squad® precinct in your local Best Buy® store and they should be able to troubleshoot the issue for you (make sure you bring the computer with you too). I hope this helps!

Can you play any or all of the guitar hero type games on both the ds lite and dsi systems?
None of the Guitar Hero games are compatible with the DSi, but some of the Guitar Hero titles are compatible with the DS lite.

An open box item can be merely an item that a customer decided they didn't want, and then returned it to one of our stores. It can also be a product that was damaged aesthetically, and was exchanged due to this damage. An open box item can also be an item that was defective, returned to the store, and then repaired. If the item was repaired it should state this on the open box price tag, and any aesthetic damage should be visible.
An open box item is sold as is, which does mean that the paperwork might not be with the unit. It depends on the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty as to whether or not their warranty will cover an open box item, but we will honor the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if they don't in regards to open box items.
