If your Blackberry is defective you should be able to get a new phone (or get the phone repaired), but how much it would cost you depends on a few things. If the phone is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty the repair or replacement of the phone should be free of charge as long as your phone is found to be defective.

If you purchased a Geek Squad Black Tie Protection (GSBTP) plan the repair or replacement of your phone should also be free of charge as long as it is found to be defective.

I assume this means that the coffee you spilt on your laptop has caused this laptop to stop working. If this is true you would have to pay for it to get repaired, and in all honesty it would likely cost more to repair than to purchase a new laptop (without knowing the exact model number of your laptop).
