We currently don't sell any Laptops with the Windows XP operating system on them.

I can say that Windows 7 professional and ultimate come with an XP compatibility mode, which should allow the user to run programs that are only compatible with XP.

I actually just upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate from XP professional, and I can honestly say that I like it a lot better than Windows XP. It is much faster, and user friendly. I also have had no problems running any of my programs that I previously had installed on my computer. I hope this helps!
