went throught the wash...what is the chance of it working again?
iPods are not designed to be able to be immersed in water, and I would definitely suggest letting it completely dry out before trying to use it. Keep in mind that even though the outside of the iPod might be dry the inside will take a long time to completely dry out. I would also suggest keeping it in a dry atmosphere. If I was to guess your chances of it working again are not good, but it's worth a try!

sound system advice for small retail environment

I have a small chocolate shop which has a kitchen and retail shop space all in one. I need a centralized soundsystem that can play both in the back of the shop (the kitchen) and the retail space. Ideally it would:
have 4 speakers (2 in front, 2 in back)
with separate sound level controls, could play CDs and Ipod/MP3, even better CD's and computer (rhapsody).

Suggestions? I keep running into problems.

memory required?

i see some players have memory others dont or dont advertise it. is it necessary? is it used for streaming netflix? what is the purpose or need?
The purpose for internal storage memory is for a feature called BD-Live, which offers the user special features that are not available without BD-Live. Your Blu-ray player will need to be connected to the internet to be able to access BD-Live content. I hope this helps!

Looking for a digital camera with 20x zoom, 10mp, fast snapping what do you recommend?

If you want a point and shoot camera with these specifications I would suggest taking a look at the Canon SX10 IS here: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage..., or the Nikon P90 here: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....

I will also say that even the cheapest DSLR camera will far out perform the most advanced Point and Shoot camera, and will be much faster with much better resulting images. One thing to keep in mind is that how much of a zoom you get depends on the lens that either comes with the DSLR or you purchase separately.
