can you use this tv as a monitor for desktop?
There are two ways to connect your PC or Mac to your Samsung TV for monitor functionality: HDMI to HDMI or HDMI to VGA/DVI/Displayport.
That said, the Samsung TVs do not offer wireless or networked monitor capabilities.
Please note, in the PC's operating system, you will need to set the display settings to either clone or extended view and set the PC’s resolution to match that of the maximum resolution of the TV in order to view your PC's desktop on the TV.
If your PC offer HDMI out, I would highly suggest using this connection, since it is a basic plug-n-play connection (meaning almost no adjustment is needed on the TV or PC).
HDMI to VGA/DVI/Displayport is almost the same as straight HDMI, but in this case, you will want to connect the DVI end of the cable to the PC (if available) and the HDMI into the TV. This is also considered a plug-n-play connection.

Can this tv be mounted on a wall with the full motion mount?
Needing to know if I can mount this tv using the full motion mount.
Although I cannot say if any one specific mount will be compatible (unless it is a Samsung Mount), I can say that the UN32EH5000 should be compatible with any universal wall mount that offers a VESA bracket size of 200mm x 200mm.

does it have picture in picture?
As a matter of fact, the UN55ES6500 will indeed offer a 1-tuner Picture in Picture system. PiP 1-tuner systems only allow for one cable connection to be shown at a time on the screen. In order to connect it up, you will need a hard line going into the TV (cable coax) and an active secondary connection (HDMI, component, PC). To activate it up, either head into the TV's menu or click the Tools button on the remote control.
Again, you will need both a coax connection and a secondary input connection in order to properly activate and view PiP on your set. If your option is grayed out, this means that one of the required connections is not active and connected properly.

As a matter of fact, the UN55ES6100 will have access to Skype. To use all of Skype's features, you will also want to purchase the Samsung Webcam (VG-STC2000).
