Great question. If your devices can play the .mp4 (movie) or .jpeg (picture) formats, then any content recorded from the SMX-F34RN should be compatible.

Frames per Second?

How many frames per second does this camera record? I am looking for a sports recording level of 4,000 to 10,000 frames per second. I am recording golf swings. Thank you!

Thanks for the question. From the info I have, the highest frame rate the SMX-F34RN can record is at 60 fps.

how you plug a wii a stereo and a DVD player to the tv??????????

Thanks for the question. On the LN40B530, you will be able to connect your game system and your DVD player to the composite and component inputs along the rear of the unit (the component input also acts as an additional composite connection). To connect your stereo to the TV, you will want to use the audio output Red/White connection or the optical connection.

I want to buy a fish eye lens for this camera. what lens size information do i need to know about the camera and a lens

Thanks for the question. From the info I have, it seems that 3rd party lenses are either bolt on or screw on. That being the case, they will not be supported by the SMX-F34LN. This unit, along with most of the Samsung camcorders, only offer the on-unit lenses and will not accept 3rd party lenses.

Is the base adjustable so you can raise or lower the height of the TV?

Thanks for the question. I'm sorry to say, but the stands on the Samsung TVs are not adjustable up or down to allow for height adjustment.

Great question! On a Macintosh computer, you can transfer data by connecting the USB cable, but the provided CyberLink
MediaShow4 is not Macintosh-compliant. On a Macintosh computer, you can upload recordings using the iMovie
application.

Is this a 5 series?

Thanks for the question. As a matter of fact, the LN40B530 is a 5 series unit (the "5" in the B530 portion of the model number indicates the series of the set).

Want to buy a fish eye lens for this camera what size is compatible?

I am interested in buying a fish eye lens. The Opteka OP-5C37FE lens says it will fit a 25mm, 30mm, 30.5 mm, 37mm lens. Will this fit my new camcorder SMZ-F34LNNTSC??

Can you use a "Cable Card" with this tv or do you have to get the HD Box?

Unfortunately, all current consumer model Samsung TVs do not offer a cablecard connection. Due to the ever changing format and standards by the cable companies in regards to cablecards, the technology has been put on hold and then replaced by more accessible technologies.

What format ratios are available on this TV (full screen, zoom, etc.)?

Thanks for the question! I would be happy to help you out with this. Most Samsung TVs offer these aspect ratios: 16:9, 4:3, Zoom, Fit to Screen, and Wide Fit. In order to change the aspect ratio (screen size), you will want to head into the TV's menu, then to the picture sub-menu. Once there, head into the "Picture Options" option. Within that option, you will see the "Size" adjustment. Clicking into that will allow you to change the picture size of the screen. Please note: some of these options may be grayed out depending on the connection type you are using.
