skype compatibility?

Does this tv have a Skype App? Can one download it from the internet to use on the tv or may it be available to add in the future?
At this time, only the C7000 and C8000 Samsung LED TVs will offer Skype connectivity. The PN58C8000 will not have access to Skype.

Do you have to use a Samsung branded wireless Lan adapter?

Do you have to use a Samsung branded wireless Lan adapter or are adapters from other brands such as Net Gear or Cisco compatible?
Currently, the only wireless adapter that can be used with the appropriate Samsung TVs is the Samsung Linkstick WIS09ABGN. The reason for this is that all other usb wireless adapters require drivers to work. Since there is no feasible way to transfer and save hundreds of different drivers for each adapter on the TVs, Samsung created a USB wireless adapter that will work 100% of the time (plug-n-play), with out drivers.

Verizon wireless card

I already have a Verizon wireless card for internet service. Can I use it to access the internet from the bluray player?
The BD-C5500, along with all other Samsung internet capable devices, requires it to be connected to a home network (router) in order to access internet content. Unfortunately, the BD-C5500 cannot be directly connected to a modem.

hdmi cable says "included"

here's a copy/paste directly from the website: "1 HDMI output
HDMI cable included. High-speed HDMI cable is the only connection that can deliver a Blu-ray experience with a full 1080p picture and digital surround sound."

your previous answers stated that the cable is not included, but it clearly says, under product features, that the cable is included. that cable is the sole reason i am choosing this product over others available. please confirm
The BD-C5500 itself does not come with any HDMI cables. That said, I would suggest contacting Best Buy directly (please click the customer service link at the top of the page) for further clarification since this is a refurbished item.

Since the HW-C770 is a 3D receiver, you will want to use HDMI 1.4.

Does the unit have FM built in and if so, how many preset stations of memory?

As a matter of fact, the HW-C770BS does offer an FM tuner that offers up to 30 presets.

What exactly does refurbished mean, was it actually in someones house or are they store demonstratiors that have been on for thousands of hours or are they last years of unsold units that are gone thru and guarnteed to work, or what?
