Besides the overall size, the other biggest difference between these two cell phones is that the Note 2 supports the use of the S-Pen, which is a stylus like pen that allows you to accurately write on the Note 2's screen. The Note 2 will also come with a number of different apps that take advantage of the S-Pen. Although you can use a stylus with the Galaxy S 3, the S-Pen and it's associated apps will not be supported.

Still don't get what "activation required" is.

It says at title "unlocked" (carrier free), but need a actvation? what its this activation in a unlocked phone?

Actually the Samsung Smart Wireless Keyboard is only compatible with the TVs that support Bluetooth Connectivity, like the ES6500 and higher. Although the UN40EH5300 will not have Bluetooth, standard wired USB keyboards can still be used on this TV.

Is it compatible with an apple computer?

I want to be able to connect the usb cable to my computer and transfer pictures, music etc. interchangeably between phone and computer.

As a matter of fact, the Android OS should indeed be compatible with the Apple PCs. Additionally, if you visit Samsung's website, you can download additional software that will assist with managing your content in an Apple PC.

Actually, the speakers on the UN50EH5300 are down firing speakers located at the bottom of the TV. These speakers allow for a sleek outer design while preserving audio quality.
