That is the idea, however, you will want to contact your carrier to find out if there are any restrictions on using this specific phone on their network or if the phone it self will even work on their network. You should be able to just use the model number (I9300) as reference when talking to your carrier.

The WIS09ABGN LinkStick is compatible for most Samsung products that will require a USB Wi-Fi dongle. Unfortunately, since that's not a U.S. model television, we can't confirm here with absolute certainty since we can only test here on U.S. models.

If you do decide to purchase a LinkStick to try it, you may want to consider your retailer's return policy and make sure that you can connect in enough time to return it in the event it doesn't work. Since the TV you mentioned is an international version, I would have to say that none of the US specific accessories will be compatible. Please contact Samsung Support in your region for more information on ordering the right Linkstick for your TV.
