extended warranty?

I tried purchasing this online, but unlike new laptops, I was not able to purchase an extended "geek squad" warranty with the laptop. Is that only allowed on new machines? I don't want a laptop to die on my on day 91.

Can you play games like Minecraft on this laptop?

I was hoping I could use the chrome-book for games such as minecraft or sim city. That is all I would use the thing for and I was wondering if these games are compatible.

Although I do not have a list of compatible games for this laptop, since it is a Chromebook using the Chrome OS, I would have to recommend that you contact the game's developer for compatibility and availability information.

Can't add photos to my ebay listing

Since I can not get internet exployer I can not add photos to my ebay listings because the add photo buttons do not show on the form to list. . I also use a selling template in the description area and I can not use it because I do not have the button to switch to HMTL. What can I do so that I can sell again on ebay?

Although with the information you have provided I do not have a solution for you (this is actually very specific and may not be an issue with the Chromebook itself); contacting the Geek Squad or Samsung Support (refer to your device's manual for more information or visit Samsung's website) would be your best next course of action.

If I buy an unlocked phone, can I take out the SIM card from my current phone, also a GSM phone, and put in this unlocked phone and it will work?

That is the idea, however, you will want to contact your carrier to find out if there are any restrictions on using this specific phone on their network or if the phone it self will even work on their network. You should be able to just use the model number (I9300) as reference when talking to your carrier.

Based on the information I have, the Windows Phone OS will not support Adobe Flash nor will it offer compatibility with any of Apple’s apps or software. That said, there may be apps on the Windows Phone Marketplace that will offer syncing capabilities with Apple Software like iTunes.

Dual boot?

Is it possible to set this machine up to dual boot with Ubuntu and the Chrome OS? I would like to purchase this for my daughter for school, however her coursework is online and I need something that supports java to use the websites her coursework is thru. I need to be able to run Firefox or Internet Explorer to be able to access these sites properly. Will geek squad perform these upgrades to the chromebook, if they are indeed possible?

Based on the information I have, the Chromebook cannot be setup to be dual booted from the factory, nor can it be dual booted in general.

The WIS09ABGN LinkStick is compatible for most Samsung products that will require a USB Wi-Fi dongle. Unfortunately, since that's not a U.S. model television, we can't confirm here with absolute certainty since we can only test here on U.S. models.

If you do decide to purchase a LinkStick to try it, you may want to consider your retailer's return policy and make sure that you can connect in enough time to return it in the event it doesn't work. Also, since this isn't a U.S. model, your Apps selection may be limited based on what's available in both regions.
