From the available information, the Note 10.1 will not offer an international warranty.

Is the Chromebook good for storing or editing pictures imported from a sd card?

As a matter of fact, the Chromebook will have the ability to access pictures from an SD card as well as the ability to edit them using several Chrome apps available on the Chrome App Store.

does the galaxy note have flash ? and how much is the cancellation fee for your contract ?

Although I cannot speak on contracts or carrier fees, I can say that the Galaxy Note 4G will indeed have a built in camera Flash. However, at this time, the Android OS will no longer natively support Adobe FLASH (this is specific to the OS and not the Samsung products).

The UN46EH5000 is back-lit by LEDs in the sense that the LEDs act like CCFL bulbs in a more traditional LCD TV. Please note, none of the Samsung TVs offer Full Array LED Back-lighting, nor will the UN46EH5000 offer any sort of local dimming or other LED controlling features found in the premium "ES" models.

No charger or proprietary to USB cable? Normally Samsung includes this as well as additional S-Pen tips with extracting tool for them.

How does the Galaxy sync with a Mac computer?

I have a Mac and I would rather get this tablet than the iPad, but it would be easier to sync with.

I will use the tablet mostly for notetaking and voice recordings.

As a matter of fact, by using the Samsung Kies syncing app (available for free from the Samsung website), the Tab 2 should indeed be compatible with a Mac.
