closed caption does not work why

We have closed caption turned on (it is a lighter shade than the other option). We know the channel is broadcasting cc and it still does not come up.

In order to access Captioning, you will want to head into the TV's menu, then into the setup or system sub-menu to access the CC options or to just activate it, press the CC button on the remote control. However, CC is only available via the coax cable since the CC signal has to be sent by your service provider. The CC information cannot be sent via HDMI or other secondary connections from 3rd party devices. That said, most service provider set top boxes and DVD/BD players will handle CC on board, which will then be displayed on the TV as part of the video signal. Captions are subject to your service provider’s availability.

How can I bring up Closed Caption on this TV

I've been trying to bring it up though e-manual since I bought it a week ago.

I'm sorry for the confusion, but none of the WMN2000 series Samsung Ultra Slim Wall Mounts will be compatible with the UN32EH5000. However, a universal wall mount that offers a VESA bracket size of 200mm x 200mm will fit that model TV.

Voice Control?

Hello, I'm American and I want to give this TV as a present for my friend who is Brazilian, the voice control for this TV is in Portuguese (Brazilian)? or just American?

All UN, PN and LN units (North American Units) will only have support for NTSC/ATSC/QAM broadcasting systems and NA power systems. Since the NA TVs will not accept a PAL signal or Non-NA voltages, you will not only need a converter for the broadcast, but also for the power if you would like to use the TV in a PAL country. Unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend a specific converter since Samsung cannot offer support for products we do not manufacture.
Additionally, the UN46EH5300 will not offer Voice Controls.

This Tv has DVB-T or DVB-T2 system?
