Is this 3d?

The Samsung website shows the model bd-c6500 is a 3d blueray player, but the one on bestbuy is not. Is this a different model or is there some reason it is labelled that way?

I'm sorry for the confusion. The BD-C6500 is not a 3D BD player.

I got one of this samsung refurbish blue ray on November 2010 and it stop working, If I take it to Best Buy can they help me fix it??

What is HDMI ?

Do I need to purchase it seperately? Whay is the cost?

HDMI stands for High Definition Multimedia Interface, which is a fancy word for the cable that you connect the Blu-ray player to your television. HDMI is a pure digital cable, which means that the picture is 100% digital and that no picture quality is lost in the transfer between the source (The Blu-Ray player, for instance) and a television display.

HDMI cables can range in price, and would be best addressed by retail salesperson.

Will this device stream media (music, photos, and videos) that are stored on my computers hard drive?

The BD-C5500 should offer the ability to stream content from a DLNA enabled device (like some PCs and even cell phones) through the AllShare feature.

will this player play DVDs from a different region

The BD-P6800 will support Region A for Blu-Ray, and Region 1 for DVD.

Does this model have the Smart TV feature?

If not, is it able to connect to the internet and get to any internet page or only pre-loaded content such as Netflix, blockbuster, etc?

Although the BD-C6900 does offer Samsung Apps (including Netflix), it does not offer Smart TV.

will the built in wireless serve the other home computers if set up correctly?

The Samsung BD players with Built-in WiFi will not have the ability to share a connection. The WiFi is only used to connect the BD player to a home network to allow the device to access internet content.
